NASCAR dress code for garage/fan zone/pit road?

I’m going to the daytona 500 this year, and am probably going to get a garage/pit/sprint fan zone pass. I was checking over an old question, and I saw a few comments talking about a pit lane dress code. Does anybody know what the full code is?

Ya. Like the guys above me said, there’s a different between the pits and the fan zone. The pits are damn near impossible to get into. We’ve tried to do it at every race we’ve went to, but all of those passes are reserved for sponsors and the select few of their employees that get them. In the pits, there is a strict dress code of close toed shoes and pants, along with some other stuff that I can’t recall.

The fan zone that Daytona has does not have a dress code besides your basic shirt and shoes. The fan zone is an area that allows you to go on top of the garage to watch the crews work on the teams along with other fan friendly areas.
