Steve "Bomber" Adams is the
owner of Steve`s Performance Products and a long time Racing
enthusiast who has been involved in several aspects of Motor Sports
including driving and winning in the profession Circle Track and Off
Road Racing circuits. Steve`s experience with transmissions and racing
led to the development of the "No Pedal" Powerglide Transmission. 500
Motor Sports was founded by Steve to supply Modified and Street Stock
Circle Track racers with the "No Pedal" Powerglide Transmission. With
the success of the "No Pedal" Powerglide Transmission on the circle
tracks, supplying the demand for racing transmission soon occupied most
Steve`s time. In addition to building "No Pedal" Powerglide
Transmissions for Circle Track Racers, Steve found himself building
transmissions for Fire Breathing Dragsters, High Flying Off Road
Trucks, Mighty Pulling Tractors and even Mud Eating Swamp Buggies.
While supplying the racing community with high quality racing
transmission, Steve saw the need for a supplier of high quality
performance accessories. Steve used his good reputation in the racing
community to establish accounts with top end automotive aftermarket
accessories manufacturers and Steve`s Performance Products was born.
