HELP WITH MY 85 5.0 MUSTANG?

I have a 85 5.0 mustang carb. 5 speed MSD Ignition set up, MSD Spark plug wires and distributor and an accel coil…Now the problem is the car is starting to take a awhile to turn on and when i do get it on it’ll shut off on me in the middle of the road, whenever i come to a stop.. Can anyone tell me wut the problem is? Thank you in advance!

Check for vacuum leaks first and then think about getting a kit put in the carb.
